Shipping Policy
Every order ships tracked, door to door. Flat rate on everything — and free once you pass $100.

Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order's in, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships.
Delivery time
Once it's on its way, allow 7–12 business days for delivery. Most orders land toward the earlier end of that; the window leaves room for the odd slow patch so we're not promising a best case we can't always hit.
Processing and delivery are separate. All in, expect roughly 8–14 business days from placing your order to it arriving.
Tracking
Every parcel is trackable. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email — and if the tracking looks stuck or something doesn't add up, write to customercare@jackmavericks.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. If that changes, you'll hear about it here first.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the one place we can't fix after the fact once a parcel's gone out. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email us immediately and, if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to catch it.
