Returns & Refund Policy

Not right? Send it back. You've got 60 days from the day it arrives, and we'll make it right with a refund or an exchange — no interrogation.

The 60-day window

You have 60 days from the delivery date to start a return. Reach us at customercare@jackmavericks.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Condition

To be returned, an item needs to come back the way it went out:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags still attached
  • In its original condition

We can't accept anything that's been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. If it turns up faulty, that's a different matter — see below.

Refund or exchange

Your call. Tell us which you'd prefer when you get in touch:

  • Refund — back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the item.
  • Exchange — a different size or a different piece of the same value, sent out once your return reaches us.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer, and we'd recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility, and tracking is the only way to prove it's on the way.

The exception: if your order arrived wrong or damaged, the return is on us. Email a photo and your order number and we'll cover it in full.

When you'll see your refund

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we process the refund straight away. It then takes a few business days to land back on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Wrong or damaged orders

That's on us, and we'll fix it without a fight. Send a photo of the problem and your order number to customercare@jackmavericks.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — whichever you'd rather — and cover the return.

Sale items & final sale

Unless a product is clearly marked final sale, it can be returned under the terms above. Anything marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged except where it arrives faulty.
